Kementerian Pertanian Tingkatkan Kapasitas Jalur Investasi UMKM Di Jawa Barat

Bogor – Jumlah UMKM di Indonesia meningkat pada tahun 2016 sebanyak 61,7 juta dan 2017 sebanyak 62,9 juta dan data 2021 64,2 juta (OJK, 2021). Dimana Kontribusi UMKM pada pada PDRB tahun 2020 sebesar 60,3% (Kemenkeu, 2020) dan sebanyak 52% UMKM merupakan UMKM terkait Sektor Pertanian (Kemenkop dan UKM, 2020).


Dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan UMKM khususnya di sektor pertanian Kementerian Pertanian melaksanakan Pelatihan Peningkatan Kapasitas UMKM Jalur Investasi 2023 bekerjasama dengan UGM, Pusat Pendidikan Pertanian dan BBPKH Cinagara. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan tanggal 12-14 Oktober 2023 di BBPKH Cinagara Bogor. Target pesertanya adalah 30 UMKM di Jawa Barat. Sedangkan pelatihan ini juga mentargetkan 90 UMKM di 3 provinsi lainnya yaitu Sulawesi Selatan, Kalimantan Selatan dan Jawa Timur dengan rentang usia 20-39 tahun.


Melalui kegiatan pelatihan dengan peserta relatif muda ini sejalan dengan apa yang disampaikan Kepala Badan PPSDMP Prof. Dedi Nursyamsi “sudah saatnya generasi muda mengambil peranan dalam pembangunan pertanian. Itu terbukti banyak pemuda-pemuda terdidik saat ini yang menjadi pelopor dalam usaha pertanian”.


Pelatihan ini dibuka oleh Dr. Wasis Sarjono, S.Pt., M.Si selaku Kepala Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan Hewan, kemudian dilanjutkan sambutan dari Prof. Subejo, Dr. Miko, Dr. Amin (Manager PPIU Jabar).
Panitia melakukan seleksi peserta dengan cara mencari UMKM berpotensi dan di latih di BBPKH Cinagara. Pasca pelatihan diharapkan peserta dapat bekerjasama dengan pemuda tani sekitar agar bisa menjalin kerjasama dalam menumbuhkan usahanya dan memberikan dampak positif bagi lingkungan sekitar.

Peserta pelatihan diberikan materi dari para pengajar meliputi materi terkait keuangan, inklusivitas dan tanggung jawab sosial, self assesment, laporan keuangan dan model bisnis kanvas, materi partnership dan business matching. Diharapkan pelatihan ini dapat menghasilkan wirausaha muda pedesaan dan tenaga kerja yang kompeten di sektor pertanian yang dapat mentransformasi pedesaan. Sehingga kaum muda memperoleh keahlian untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan dan peluang usaha di sektor pertanian, mendapatkan akses pasar dan pelayanan pengembangan usaha, memperoleh akses keuangan/pembiayaan dan terciptanya lingkungan kebijakan dan media yang mendukung pelibatan kaum muda di sektor pertanian.


Melalui pelatihan ini juga bertujuan untuk (1) Mengidentifikasi UMKM yang memenuhi syarat dan potensial di 15 kabupaten. (2) Mengidentifikasi investor potensial di 15 kabupaten agar dapat memberikan suntikan dana bagi UMKM yang telah teridentifikasi. (3) Menyusun instrumen pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk UMKM. (4) Membangun pengembangan jalur investasi untuk UMKM yang memenuhi syarat. (5) Melatih UMKM yang memenuhi syarat untuk mempersiapkan UMKM yang (i) siap mengakses modal; (ii) menyerap komoditas penerima manfaat YESS; dan (iii) memperluas pasar. (6) Membina UMKM terpilih untuk melakukan contract farming dengan penerima manfaat program YESS. (7) Kesediaan UMKM bekerja sama dengan menerima pasar produk hasil penerima manfaat YESS potensial di lokasi sekitar [AS-12/10/2023]

Soccer Tournament Timetable

A knockout tournament or elimination tournament is divided into successive rounds; each competitor plays in at least one fixture per round. The top-ranked competitors in each fixture progress to the next round. As rounds progress, the number of competitors and fixtures decreases. The final round, usually known as the final or cup final, consists of just one fixture; the winner of which is the overall champion.

In a single-elimination tournament, only the top-ranked competitors in a fixture progress; in 2-competitor games, only the winner progresses. All other competitors are eliminated. This ensures a winner is decided with the minimum number of fixtures. However, most competitors will be eliminated after relatively few matches; a single bad or unlucky performance can nullify many preceding excellent ones.

A double-elimination tournament may be used in 2-competitor games to allow each competitor a single loss without being eliminated from the tournament. All losers from the main bracket enter a losers’ bracket, the winner of which plays off against the main bracket’s winner.
